Eileen is an advisor to Liu & Partners, and she obtained a J.D. degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, specializing in Taxation.  She also obtained a master’s degree (LL.M) in law from National Taipei University, and a bachelor’s degree (LL.B) in law from Tonghai University in Taiwan.  She specializes in estate planning, immigration and real property law, international business transactions and multinational contract disputes and resolutions.

Eileen has advised clients on a range of real property litigation and mediation matters, and she has worked as a legal specialist for an international technology company supervising government projects, assessing risks of emerging technologies, drafting Chinese and English contracts and representing the company in negotiations.

Eileen is currently practicing in San Francisco as a California-licensed attorney, where she has participated in a multi-million dollar contract dispute and trademark infringement litigation between a Chinese and an American company.  She is also experienced in employment discrimination, copyright infringements and predatory lending. 

Eileen has represented many non-U.S. based (including Taiwanese) clients regarding their U.S. related legal disputes. Being raised and educated in Taiwan, She understands the language, culture and the legal system in Taiwan.  She combines her background with her skills and knowledge of the U.S. legal system to serve as an effective advocate for her foreign clients.
